We do everything to make you feel safe on our website. When providing our services, we collect the following information about you:

Data from the inquiry form and the CV submission form

In order to send an inquiry form from our website, we request information from you by e-mail or telephone. Mandatory data are therefore only data without which we cannot contact you back, such as your name and surname, company, e-mail and telephone number and the message itself. This data is also used, if necessary, for the creation of a calculation, order, work contract, invoice or for further mutual correspondence. In the case of a CV form, we may also ask you for additional information that is necessary to equip a person as a job applicant.

Data obtained when using our website

When you use our website, we also collect information about how you use it. This is information about your interactions with our site, such as when you access our site, what you look for on it, how long you browse it, and so on. We also collect information about the devices and computers you use to access our website, including IP addresses, browser settings, information about operating systems, or information about your mobile device, information from which website you access us, pages you visit, and information from cookies and similar tools.

How do we use these data?

We use the information we collect about you for the following purposes:

Providing our services

Based on the data we obtain from you, we can deliver the services offered to you in accordance with the contract or order. We use the data we obtain from you when creating an order to process it. We also need this information in our accounting and invoicing system.

Communication with you

We use your contact details to send notifications related to the provision of services or if we want to respond to your contact, when you ask us what is happening with your order, you want to report new facts related to its implementation or send other documents.

Improving and personalizing our services and marketing

We also use the data we store to improve and personalize our services, the website, and marketing.

We also use information about visits and movement on our website and its individual sections and displayed services for the purposes of advertising and marketing, on our and other websites. Although we do not want to burden you with legal phrases, in accordance with the requirements of personal data protection legislation, we must inform you of the legal basis for the processing of your personal data, which are:

  1. Fulfillment of the contract – in the case of ordering our services (based on the contract or order).
  2. Consent – especially in connection with the sending of a CV. Any consent given is voluntary and can be revoked at any time, but this does not affect the lawfulness of the processing prior to its revocation. In this case, you can withdraw your consent in writing by sending an email to [email protected].
  3. Fulfillment of our legal obligations – when keeping data about you and your order in our accounting or when making data available to state and other authorities that supervise our activities or that resolve disputes or the implementation of decisions.
  4. Our legitimate interest – in improving and personalizing our services, certain marketing activities or in connection with security and protection of rights, as we stated above. In these cases, we always carefully consider whether the processing will not constitute a disproportionate interference with your rights. Transfer to third countries

We do not actively transfer your personal data to third countries outside the EU. However, some of the partners with whom we cooperate in the processing of personal data carry out such transfers, specifically to the USA. How we protect your data?

We work very hard to ensure that your personal information is safe. In accordance with the requirements of applicable legislation, we take all necessary security, technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. Electronic data is stored in a protected database on the server. We protect the database containing personal data against damage, destruction, loss and misuse. How long we keep the data?

I retain personal data related to the processing of your order for a product or service for the necessary period, which is usually five years from its delivery. If we use your personal information to deliver communications to your email address upon your consent, we will retain that information until you revoke that consent. In cases where your data is used on the basis of our legitimate interest described in the chapters How we use the data and to whom we make the data available, we keep your data until the reason for their processing ceases to exist. However, we must warn you that even if any of the reasons for processing fail, it may not result in us terminating the retention of your personal data. We can and sometimes have to process this personal data for another purpose, based on a different legal basis.

What are your rights and how to exercise them?

You can exercise your rights by sending an email or a written request to our contact details listed here. Please include in your application your name, surname, e-mail address or address of permanent residence. If you do not provide us with the information provided, we will not be able to comply with your request. We require this information from you in order to verify your identity and not provide your personal data to an unauthorized person.

Right of access to data

You have the right to obtain confirmation from us as to whether personal data about you are being processed and, if we process your personal data, we will provide you with information on what data we process about you, for what purpose to whom your personal data was provided or transferred to third country and for how long we will keep your personal data.

Right of correction

Everyone can be wrong. If you believe that our company is processing incorrect personal information about you, you can exercise this right to ask us to correct it. We care that we process the right personal information about you, so be sure to exercise this right whenever, for example, you change your email address or change any of your personal information that is important to your relationship with us.

Right of erasure (right to be forgotten)

You have the right to delete your personal data that we process about you if the following conditions are met and legal exceptions do not apply:

  • the data are no longer needed for the purposes for which they were collected
  • you withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data and there is no other legal basis for their processing
  • you object to the processing of your personal data, based on a legitimate interest, based on your specific situation and there are no legitimate reasons for the processing, or you object to the processing for direct marketing purposes
  • personal data has been processed illegally.

In the event that your personal data is disclosed and you exercise the right to delete from us, we will also delete such disclosed personal data. At the same time, we will inform potential other recipients of your personal data that you have exercised the right to delete and should therefore delete all references to your personal data, if technically possible, taking into account the technology available and the cost of implementing these measures.

Right to restrict processing

You also have the right to request a temporary restriction of processing in the following cases:

  • if you believe that we are processing incorrect personal data about you, until the accuracy of this personal data has been verified
  • the processing of your personal data is illegal and you decide to request a restriction on the processing of personal data instead of deleting it
  • we no longer need personal data for processing purposes, but this is necessary for your own purposes to prove, assert or defend your legal claims
  • if you object to the processing of your personal data, until the verification or the legitimate reasons for the processing of personal data outweigh your legitimate interests

Right to data portability

You have the right to obtain personal data that we process about you on the basis of consent and / or contract and process it by automated means, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format. You can also transfer this data to another person, so if technically possible, we will transfer your personal data directly to the operator of your choice at your request.

Right to object

You have the right to object, for reasons relating to your specific situation, to the processing of your personal data, which is carried out on the basis of our legitimate interest, including the right to object to profiling based on our legitimate interest.

You also always have the right to object to the processing of your personal data if it is processed for direct marketing purposes.
